  2. I agree. That’s an excellent and fascinating subject…………………oh my god….i’m feeling…compelled to go to…..digitalcamerabuzz.com……can’t….stop myself….aaarrggghhhhh…..

Seriously…this is most of my workout so I’m feeling better about my legs killing me every morning. As an aside….you wanna know how to make your pushups even more challenging….?…put your butt up in the air and make an inverted V with your body. It shifts the weight so you’re resisting against the entirety of your torso. Just a small shift and it’s made a big difference for me. Anyway….good tips!

  3. Something I’ve been doing, since I haven’t made the leap to using my exercise equipment that I’ve had for two years, is using one of those band things with handles. Something like this (http://www.amazon.com/Lifeline-Professional-Exercise-Tubing-Handles/dp/B00066X6Q8) but not exactly. I can pretty much take it any where and just stepping on it gives some decent resistance for curls and presses. But bear in mind, this is “lazy Tim” way of trying to do something. Another thing I do for triceps is, while putting my back toward a kitchen counter or something of that height, place your hands on the edge of the counter, scoot your legs away from the counter some, and do kind of like backwards pushups.
