Hey Everyone!
In an attempt to grow the sense of community I wanted to see what kinds of music or songs everyone listens to when they work out. As for myself my musical tastes are all over the board but when I listen to some of these songs, I get a rush of energy.
Alan’s Workout Jams:
- Metallica – Waste My Hate
- Iron Maiden – 7th son of the 7th son
- Adele – Rolling in the deep
- Scatman John – ScatMan
- Korpiklaani – Voka
- Black Stone Cherry – Drive
- More weird music that spans genres and wouldn’t be considered workout music by a sane person
Don’t be shy people, comment with your favorite WORKOUT JAMS!
I listen to alot of Celldweller and other music that kind of falls into that Industrial Electronic genre.
Own Little World – Celldweller
Bithright (beta 1.0) – Celldweller
Last Firstborn – Celldweller
Anti-you – Blue Stahli
Corner – Blue Stahli
Shapeshifter ft. Styles of Beyond – Celldweller
Protect Life (Remix PM) – Eric Serra
Sura – Hecq
Monsun – 3rd Moon
I’m not big on workout music. Typically I just zone out and head into imagination land. In fact if I am lifting weights it’s almost certain that I’m not listening to anything but mostly just concentrating on form and stability. When I am running and decide I need some music though I typically go for some Johnny Cash; Aerosmith; Queen; or some random Simon & Garfunkel.
Incoming brutality…
