Fast food contains loads of empty calories, saturated fat, and very few nutrients, so it is definitely not the best option if your trying to drop a few pounds. Having a few protein bars stashed away in your car or purse could help save you from dining on fast food when your out and about.<\/p>\n<p>Protein bars are a good meal replacement from time to time but should not be a regular meal.
