The process is simple:<\/p>\n

  1. Create an Account<\/li>\n
  2. Weigh yourself every Monday and \te-mail the results to fat@alanpwebb.com<\/li>\n
  3. Every Tuesday the results for all contestants will be posted<\/li>\n
  4. That’s IT!!!<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    The contest officially beings on 1\/9\/12 and will conclude on 4\/9\/12. Anyone can join the official contest up until 1\/23\/12. After that date, people can still register on the site and comment on posts, but will not be able to participate in the official contest.<\/p>\n

    All official contestants have the ability to create posts and share their weight-loss experience. Anything from time saving workouts to failed diets. There will be regular posts about anything fitness and weight loss related so check back frequently!<\/p>\n
