I know that some of you have some specific questions about fitness and I have been asked a lot of questions about an incredibly informative post by my good friend Mike. So I have discussed it with him and we decided to dedicate a page and “column” called “Ask Mike”. If you have a question about fitness or Cross-Fit, Mike is the man to go to. He is a certified personal trainer and does NOT mess around when it comes to getting fit\/jacked.<\/p>\n
